Well as the title says guys I am lookng for a EARLY bay window microbus - Its MUST be a 68/69 model (small back lights etc etc) I would prefer a untouched (never welded) original bus with NO MODS - a deluxe would be cool It must also be a "Tintop" ie NO POP TOPS! although a sunroof would be cool I also have a BIG preference for "Montana Red" and "Palm Green" I do not want a white one, I was hoping someone on here might be able to help I know this is alot to ask but ANY help would be AWESOME Either drop me a pm or email me at monki772003@yahoo.co.uk or even call me on 07824883975 Anytime |

That's not the one... his name is Dennis, he comes on here from time to time. His is a '69, original blue/white deluxe walk-thru, pretty stock 1600 with an Engle 100. We took a drive up to Jerome (old mining town turned ghost town turned hippie/tourist town) last Sunday in it, what a blast  He's always on the fence about selling it or keeping it and lowering it... |

where do you think the funds might be coming from to pay for the Bay? (cough selling the manx cough cough  ) not only wil I be able to buy a VERY NICE bay but I will also have funds for PROJECT 66 |

ahh a bit too late, I sold mine a while back, original paint, late brakes with 16" Audi wheels ...went across the pond too....you would have liked it, built a 1776 with K-duds, Engle 100 cam, 043 heads, and cw crank.. ran great....   |
