Yersterday arrived....
1962 sunroof notchback, 58.000km, first paint, one owner, stored since 1981, perfect interiour, minimum rust... but wrong color!

The gulfnotch is the project-title. But maybe it's better to named it Gulfback...

Engine and gearbox went out. There is just surface rust. Sandblasting will follow soon!

The car was stored in 1981 - before we put salt on the road's here in germany. It was driven for 19 years and stored for 28 years...  Cheesy

Today the correct front apron was welded in and the small holes at the end of the rockers were closed. Welding is finished! Cheesy

I don't think so. It's two week's before the vowo show. And i will be into my garage to assemble the Gulfnotch. I hope it's not another 'last minute rush'... Shocked
Let's meet us at vowo weekend to get the missed belgian beer and french fries... Wink
