Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.

The 4 1/2"s for the front of my GTV are in need of a new coat of black- Im not repainting the rears as they were in storage for the last 20+ years and are in excellent condition. So I need to find paint that will match the rear... What is correct?

can't you take the backwheel to a paintshop and have them analyse it for you? that way you would have an exact match and not even a slight shade that is different. colors fade from all sort of things, and sunlight is a big issue, so i haven't seen the back ones, but the might have slightly faded and therefore will not match the new ones (even with the original paintnumber)

and in my opinion having them all redone is a step back, since you have originaly painted rims that are in good condition

just my opinion and that is what i would do.
