I took the AN fitting and machined it down and a step in it to press into hole drilled in valve cover, Then weld from inside and painted

Wow, looks really good Danny!

What if you were to do the same lathe work but also turn down the hex so it's round? could be a different look... you could even weld it on the outside... I get it why you welded it in the first place, even why you welded it on the inside, but a gifted welder/fabricator/metal man such as you should show off that beautiful stack 'o dimes weld Grin

Keep up the awesome work and thanks for the updates.
