Good tip-- thanks big D. The missing parts can often be found on e-bay and Samba. I was saving this wheel for my Baja but thanks to Zach it's no longer needed..

True. I installed one on a '63 sedan once but I had to modify the turn signal arm. The base is larger than a VW wheel too.
