Nice gauges dude.
Quote from Darrell Vittone last Monday... "We sold a bunch of those gauges. Heaven knows why, they were all crap!". Grin
That's interesting Keith, because when I had my gauges worked on, Anaheim Speedometer told me they were easy , as they were all done with VDO components. They also added that they had worked on a number of sets of the Nippon EMPI gauges and found all of them to be constructed with VDO components.
Maybe Darrell didn't like EMPI stuff – perhaps he was more of a Racetrim guy Grin Grin Grin Grin

All I can assume is that, him being a racer and all, he wasn't into the 'gauge package' deals. But that's what he told me, anyway. It's almost certainly on 'tape' as I recorded the conversation! Wink

A few years ago I bought a DDS breather box. (pictured).
Just recently the person I bought it from contacted me and said he had found the rest of the pieces that came with the kit including the original box !
They just arrived.

A very nice piece Richard. Will you put it to use or place it in a display case?

if only it was that simple.

Had the water mains replaced yesterday, filled in 20 foot trench this evening.

Now i have to put new sockets in for the TV, wire in the surround system.  Rip out the fireplace and put a new one in.  pull down ceiling and replace.  The  get it all re plastered.  refit all the picture rails and skirting.  Paint and paper then carpet it. Smiley

Not in the mail.  My good friend Ricky M. stopped by for a visit and dropped off these Pirelli P6 195/65 tires.  Only slightly used...

Yes, but they are Michelins.  I believe the Perellis have firmer side walls than the Michelins.  I like the size.  I am not a big fan of over tall or fat tires although I am probably in the minority.  When I first put the car together I had 185/70s but have been unable to locate any at a decent price.

You can get Vredestein's at a reasonable price (also matching 155's), but they look like they came off a tractor.

I have 155/80 R15 and 185/80 R15 Veredesteins... shold look ok Smiley they are waiting for Mahles to be finished.

155/80 R15 doesn't look good with 195/65 R15. had taht combo and it looks like the rear tires are smaller than fronts (which isn't true in mathematicks point of view)
195/65 look good with samll 145/65 (had this option also).
