Is that the VDO one or the cheap no-name sender?  I hope it's the VDO one because the cheap one won't last you more than a couple of months.  Check the float, the one I got had a hole in it.

VDO bruce, made in India though. i do notice the quality of these new VDOs nothing to shout about.

Not in the post, but I met up with Richard Roth last week and delivered these uber rare steel flared fenders.  We found these at a swap in Georgia a few years ago and I promised him that he would have first right of refusal.  Cool pieces eh?

Didn't receive anything in the mail recently, per say, but I did ship off my engine case to VW Paradise last night for machining... step one for the new build is complete!  Good time of year for mail order operations, as it's way too cold here in Lakeview, Oregon to get anything done in the garage.  Grin
