i am selling my 1959 vw beetle, iv owend it for a year or so now with the idea of making a cool cal looker but due to lack of time and money im gunna sell it and get something cheap for my first car.

the bug itself is quite solid with alot of the correct original bits on it still, it does still need some welding to get it on the road, I have stared on some of the welding but only as a repair not a restoration style.
the idea i had behind the car was to get it on the road as a rolling project and to then work my way round re-doing it all as i go.

new bits :

6v starter
6v battery
duel circuit master cyclinder with copper brake lines through out
6v horn

and many other bits needed for MOT

the bug comes with the 15" banded steels on the rear widened to 7"

it almost runs just needs a good going through on the timing and setup have had it almost start but aint done anything else to it so its as far as i got

overall this car is quite honest and would make for a really cool car just needs the work

am after around £2200ono

any more info give me a ring on 07773058701
