Well as the title says guys I am looking for some site/Threads/books/info/pictures for the restoration of PROJECT 66 Smiley

I am slowly gathering together lots of NOS & ORIGINAL VW steel as I REALLY don't want ANY repro steel is this car - The idea is to get the body back to FACTORY spec with things like factory looking spot welds, panel fitment, etc etc

I am mainly looking for info on the :
- FRONT VALANCE
- REAR QUARTER PANELS
- REAR VALANCE
- HEATER CHANNELS
- DOOR PILLARS

lee, my 66 has all original panels, except the rear body and bumper mounts, if that is of any use.....

here is a close up pic of what the rear 1/4 join to the heater channel should look like, and other panels on that thread for a 67, but there shouldn't be much or any difference to a 66?

I have the body off my 66 right now, never been hit/repaired ect. If you need any pictures let me know.
