As the title says guys I know its a long shot but I thought I might as well start looking.......... I really really want/need a pair of Pirelli 215/60 AND a pair of 175/70 for PROJECT 66 - Just like the ones on Mike Billings 67 and The Goss Chop Top    I know tires are the hardest thing to find but resently i have started to see more and more coming up for sale - So can anyone help with ANY leads please drop me a line, And before you all say it NO longstone don't do PROPER Pirelli 215's    |

Hang on in there Lee , these do come up on flee bay , I nearly bought a pair of them when i was on the hunt for another Mich XZX . Try the jag ,ferrari and lambo club site classified's    Good hunting , for the 67 I presume    |

You know I ain't got anything left Rob     but eventually they will hopefully go on some 7" Fuch's - I gave up on the Empi 8's idea    I am just starting to look and get info really as tires are the HARDEST thing to find - Thanks for the heads up on the Jag/Ferrari/Lambo thing    Diedrick has told me you can get the 175's in Holland so that shouldn't be a problem - its just those 215's    I really really really do want to find a pair - I just think it would be the finishing touch to a project. |

very true, 15s are harder to find and a lot more expensive     i liked the 14" front tyres Lee had on the buggy when I last saw it. |

Ideally no one will have 215s , that way you won't have to buy them !
Those 205s are a nice looking tyre

Thanks for the pic's buddy BUT they are not the ones    I do have a lead on a pair in San francisco, Apparently the guy brought them YEARS ago for his 911 along with a pair of 185's for the front but he has already sold those    I am just waiting to see pictures      |

These are slightly later tyres and not the cn36's monkiboy is looking for. I had been holding onto them but now the car I had purchased them for is more of a strip based project now then it seems a shame to leave them sat I'm the garage until I find a use for them. David |

Guys.... There is NO need to worry about the "Safety" aspect, These are "For Show Purposes Only" and maybe some round town stuff but I will not be going 100mph on these 40yrs old tires - I am not that silly    |
