Looks like Bugpack/Tayco. It's the early verson of what Bugpack has now. It's the better cleaner looking verson without those clunky looking clamp arms.  It's what I had on the green car.  Dave Rhoads

IMHO it looks like the early tayco setup like dave said. can't be much else unless it were home-made.

That's so similar to what I run on my car, that I also have to agree its a Tayco.

I've got those same mounts that attach to the carbs if anyone is looking for just those.
