Need a pair that are good shape

Mine are worn and even with new bearings I've got play on the spindle

Mine were the same. Managed to get some from vw relics in york. I had to buy everything from the K/L carriers out to the drum, but they were in good nick. New king and linkpins and bushes fitted by Martin at Taylor machine, bobs yours super solid front end.

Will they take a empi ,cb or Csp set up ?

they take stock vw calipers and 4lug discs, so they should take aftermarket brakes designed for stock spindles. pm me an adress and i will send some pics
