500hp street/strip engine

Long block
•   ARPM 3-piece case, 6 CrMo studs for each cylinder, std/T4 middle, dry-sump-style, blue-printed. Very nice! (100 passes)
•   Gene Berg 84mm crank , std/std, T4 center main, pristine condition, magnafluxed ok, wedgemated flywheel (crank bought in late 80s, maybe 4000km on the street and 50 naturally aspirated and 100 turbocharged passes in total)
•   5.6" H-profile Bugpack rods, ARP bolts, Porsche journals (100 passes on rods, 25 on bolts)
•   JE 94mm custom turbo 8.0:1 pistons (25 passes)
•   HD cylinders made-in-Finland out of Mahle blanks, 6-studs each. These are very nice! (100 passes)
•   Engle FK-45 / 112 LC and CB lightweight lifters (220km, 15 passes)
•   Magnum straight cut gears
•   Kennedy clutch + RLR Black Magic
•   C/E heads, ported, 45.75x41mm S/S 11/32” SD valves (50km, 4 passes), K800, titanium retainers
-   I would say this is the only part in the long block that is not in “like new” condition. Never damaged / never welded, the seats are not moving, everything is nice and fresh, but after almost 10 seasons and 120 passes you can’t say they are as good as new. These should still be good to go for years...
•   Manifolds, plenums and fuel rails
•   GB 160.000 psi pushrods + Jaycee tubes (100 passes)
•   Pauter 1.5:1 rockers (25 passes, cosmetically not perfect; minor damage due to broken studs… the studs lasted for 8 seasons of racing and were replaced). No issues since replacing the studs.

Engine produces ~500hp with 1.6bar boost on E85 with very safe tune, and has done a best of 9.43/235 in a 930kg street car!!!
This engine was originally built in 2002, and it has seen a couple of days at dyno, 500km on the street and about 100 passes. The engine has been very reliable, sans some very minor headache with the rockers in the past. The short block has not ever shown any issues in annual or bi-annual check-ups; the bearings have typically not even been replaced.
Asking 6500EUR for the Long Block.

---

Options:
•   Pauter Gerotor 4-stage pump (100 passes / 500km). 700EUR.
•   Deutz fan + special 911-style shroud and separate alternator. 500EUR.
•   1 ¾” custom header (turbo above transmission). 200EUR ?
•   Custom Holset turbo (60 passes). 600EUR.
•   HKS 50mm Racegate (25 passes). 400EUR.
•   Water-to-Air intercooler. 100EUR.

The engine was checked last winter, and this season the engine has done a day at dyno, little over 200km on the street, and less than 20 passes on the strip. I can sell it "as is", or take it to parts.

Hello,

There has been quite a few inquiries about the engine as turn-key. It is available also in that form, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it with my M800, which for historical reasons has options that are not used in this application. Instead I would advise to buy a M400.

I would also prefer to sell it without the electric Throttle Body (Drive by Wire) to keep the cost down. You can easily replace it with a conventional TB. If anyone wants the DbW, I can check the P/N for the 997TT throttle body and the Skoda DbW pedal, so the electric fittings and everything will be bolt-on. You’d also need the DbW option for your Motec.

Third and last missing part would be the oversized 2000cc injectors. In this engine they operate at low DC, and I would recommend slightly smaller ones (max. 1600cc), which are a lot cheaper. The fuel map would be scaled down to match the injectors. The 2000cc are of course available too.

List of the accessories on top of the long block:
-   Pauter Gerotor 4-stage pump + all AN hoses and fittings incl. the oil filter stand and the oil tank
-   manifolds, plenums, fuel rails, Aeromotive FPR, intake tubes and Intercooler
-   header, turbo + oil hoses, exhaust w/ muffler, K&N filter
-   HKS wastegate
-   cooling fan, shroud, alternator
-   Godzilla BOV
-   no nitrous stuff !!!
-   Motec harness (wires and fittings are the good stuff)
-   Hall-sensors for engine and wheel speed, combined Air temp / Manifold pressure sensor, 0-30bar highly accurate Oil and Fuel pressure sensors, engine temp sensor, WB lambda (all are the good stuff), and the custom pulley
-   Boost control solenoid
-   Bosch wasted spark coil + amplifier + leads
-   Motec file

Asking 10.500 EUR for complete engine, excluding the ECU, TB and injectors.
