track was lacking grip at shakey this weekend due to the thunder storms on sat afternoon,60fts only 1.8s -1.9.so et down ,best 13.65 anyway cos we cant do a burnout till we fit a spool or lsd we go on cold dusty slicks(still better than street treads) in eliminations Holly started pulling air with the wheels still fighting for grip ,dont know why as 60ft still crap on 2 nice 12inch black lines left on start line .we have photo proof as well cos track photographer caught it ,its a good 6+inches  Cool.see what it does as its in for some lightening over the winter if we can find some wings/bonnet/doors at the right price!!!ali fuel tank and narrowed beam sorted .runner up it track championship subject to confermation which we reckon would have won but rain stoped finals(sorry dean but your reaction times were .3s ,holly was pulling .03-.06s)so on paper we had that in the bag, bloody rain again Roll Eyes

Hey guys, that's cool. Can you post any pics on here then ? Maybe your slicks and clutch all hooked up at ther point of wheelstand despite the 60ft's........ Huh

Well done. Maybe see you at Action this weekend ?

if its lifting the front wheels the 60fts could seem bad as it will be a different part of the car that trips the beams, depends on how high and how far it goes? a small wheelstand with the tyres spinning is near a perfect launch, although why you are getting 2 black lines if it has an open diff is a mystery to me,could be your diff is starting to gaul up and get tight acting more like a spool

Well done on runner up,very impressive on a car you changed so much over the year on to keep it consistent Smiley

cheers richie
