From Searspoint Raceway,..about 1990-92.. I call this the first DRKC. I showed the car in Full Custom and Frank Kohlweiss let me run the car in one of the bracket classes,..show and go.

I've never been a huge fan of the 914/6 box flares. They're just not quite the right shape. The one Nico posted looks like a 1970s Mulholland canyon racer - function slightly above form!

This bus has some notoriety around the area, known for popping wheelies and beating a Viper as well as doing the beach cruises in cottage country up north. Steve's buddy Joe just gave me the link to this vid which I haven't seen in a while and it's so awesome... put some cool jazz on the stereo, light up a smoke, and do a speed run late at night on some deserted city streets nearby.
