Today I read about a new class proposal that some racers are trying to be put together here in the uk,it will be a turbo heads up class with minimal rules with 4,6 & 8 cylinder classes if there is enough interest, the idea is for a pace to race for cars that dont really fit in anywhere else,if it does become reality I can see the 4cylinder class becoming a good place for the turbo VWs to race in,maybe even some of you europeans could venture over, with there plans to run them at Peak performance days the track prep will be good and there is a limit on the amount of cars they allow at these events so it should allow a good amount of track time Smiley Even though they would only be 1 day events the peak perforamce days usually preceed a bigger race meeting[example 1st peak performance day is the friday, then the saturday through monday is the "festival of power" allowing 4 continuous days of racing

Sounds very simular to our Pro Outlaw class in SEVWA . I loved racing heads up on a pro .4 light instead of bracket racing , this class would be a blast to run. Mike McCarthy

it does say nitrous is allowed, but it is unclear if that as well as turbo or on its own, email them to show an interest and see what they say, more of our cars show an interest the more chance it will happen Smiley
