old school autohaus cyl head temp gauge

Hi people, I was going to mount this on my dash, but I could do with some cash instead!

This is the rarely seen autohaus cylinder head temp gauge that has the autohaus beetle logo on the bottom. I havent tested it, but the needle is free, and the condition is nice. There is some slight peeling on the chrome ring but it is nice and shiny, qnd hey, this is 35 years old! Also, I have no sender, and I am no expert on these things, but the vdo off the shelf sender is for a gauge with the same temp range, and also, the company that made the gauge, Westach, also made their own range of gauges, so it is possible that one could turn up on one of the well known auction sites...
