I've had to buy another set of manifolds as my tall skat traks were too tall and now the shorter set means that the carbs are turned around (the fuel inlets face the engine bay sides).
What linkage is the best to use, I've fabricated a berg style one but not sure if I will use it. Will a csp bell crank one do the job, the levers on the carbs are now facing outwards.

My IDAs run that way round too . I use a copy of the old Deano centre pull linkage , so I guess a csp one would work . Or get a Deano one .

Short manifolds that keep the carbs right way around.

Has anyone tried the Vintage Speed linkage; not sure from their description whether it works with short manifolds or not?

Thanks guys, I've been busy with engine mock up and decided to get a csp linkage as so I've read it clears the vertex mag I've got and should work with the short manifolds too.  It's a bit of a shame really, I spent a tonne of time fabricating a berg style linkage out of aluminium and it will work with the manifolds too but it doesn't look right.  The mount is very close to the stack on the left side and it looks too busy. I'm building the motor to look fairy minimal so the csp will work out great.
