I must say there is something about the sound of straight cut gears. My family has had some good meorie in that car. My daughter and I went to alot of car cruises in that baby Cry

Incredible, that is more work than you have done to it in three years!  Cheesy  Its kinda like the neighbors who finally cut thier grass and plant flowers so that they can sell the house.  LOL

I think it would be cool to see a Cornpanzer car racing a DAS car
I agree on the pix - it will be cool to see that Cornpanzer car racing ANY car!  Tongue  (sorry Matt, but you had to expect this)  Grin

Yeah, thats because it was broken from racing, not because I was too busy playing with the kiddies at the skatepark  Tongue  Do you have time to drive over to Milan Dragway and get a 1/4 mile pass before the car ships?

Wow pretty cool. There was a Orange Late model looker in Volksworld years ago that looked similiar to my old car. The car should be arriving in Norway by the 13th of December. The new owner should be plowing snow with it by Christmas Grin

Angry Angry Cry It makes me sort of sad to see those photos. I realy do miss the car. I had to do an introduction about myself to a large group of new employees and I showed some photos of the car and the infamous wheelie photo. I had people asking questions at every break about "the car". I dont think I will ever get the VW "thing" out of my blood. One day I will build another. I do like my new project, but its just that a project and as we all know some projects become "long term". I hope the new owner likes enjoys going throught the gears on a warm summer day, windows down, listening to the growl of the 48's, shining up the paint and the Fuchs for a cruise night. Bye Bye old girl
