Found this picture, caption reads  JUNE 23: 1965 California Sports Car Club CSCC Pomona Road Races. The Sports Car Graphic Austin Cooper (#14) with W.R.C. Shedenhelm at the wheel leads a Renault Dauphine, and Volkswagen Better through the turn at Pomona
Front wheel looks like a chromie, but the rear one?? Most definitely smaller than 15 inch diameter

That would make sense if they were Porsche pattern. The exhaust looks like a centre exit one like a 356, and it's about the right time for a 356C  to donate it's gearbox and rear brakes.

they do look like the C/T wheels,  fabs

so rear discs and front stock drums? that must have been interesting to say the least  Grin
