Anyone ever notice that in this pic, with Thurber's brown car, that Aronson's car still has the horn grills? Rest of the car is already dechromed. Just something I noticed.

Good eye. It still has chrome in the windows, too. I wonder when the switch to turn indicators came??

ah that car is so nice. it was the inspiration for my type3's colour. what else do we know about the car? engine, stories,... please

if you're watching closely there's some different details on pictures
like horn grill /no t bars
after lucas turn signal with t bars
and after the hole in the wings for the t bars were welded
