yea im interested in the engine specs to and what lies they wrote about. Wink that would be on the upper part of the engine. always was a cool car in my book danny your a deffenet craftsman my freind.  UD.

the fan shroud I made started with the back of dog house, the front i made + all the work on engine tin. you really half to shoe horn stuff to fit. made linkage to. check out tack bracket. By and thanks for looking

stunning car, always stood out in my memory, too bad I never saw it in person. the fan shroud was beyond cool. How did that car go? Fast?

Okay, that fan shroud. Was that the only version of the shroud as I seem to remember one like it painted red. (Or some other color than black.)

Any info on your motor would be appreiated Danny. I can not find that Hot Vw's issue. I remember it being pretty special. Did you ever take it to the strip?

Thanks for the info, must have been quite rapid, The gearing is old school.
The 84x90.5 use to be quite common, keith S, chop top, ex kieth goss car had a 84x90.5, it ran hard. 12.6 if i remember rightly.
Does Mark Voegtly come on here? he use to bulid a few of the dkp engines, Dave masons, Bill Shwimmer... Always seemed like strong combo's

man, i really get to appreciating it even more when looking at these detail shots!  Shocked
there's so much customizing that went in it.

oh, that 84x90.5 got me thinking! it might make for a nice future engine at some point  Roll Eyes
