Big drag engine??

What would be the best case to use if you would build a drag engine with atleast 84crank?
What heads to use, com eliminator, sf or what?
Turbo would be ok, I want hp.
EFI will be used.
This is a project and it will cost money (I know) but I´m looking for options
I´ve got the car and gearbox
Ideas??

Drag engine for strip only or on the street too? Cooling or not? What sort of hp numbers do you want and what times on the strip? 10's? 9's? 8's?

strip only
no cooling
hp more than 550 would like 6-700
time: fastest possible, depends on driver

If you want 6to 700 hp you have chosen the wrong enginetype. go v8 its much easier.

I was thinking Waterboxer case

Isn`t there any other heads than 910 that will work?

Just look at Russ Fellows motor
Pauter Case
Moldex 90mm crank
910 heads ported by engine machine services
turbo
AEM managment
intercooled
603 hp on regular fuel
649 hp on race fuel
and he drives it to the track (300 mile round trip)

you could ask Richie, think he's run a number or three
he doesn't mind talking about turbos, efi, veggie oil setups, just steer clear of conversations about carbs, ketchup and marriage
