Now you have plenty of projects to keep you busy for a long time, or at least until the next old drag car comes up for sale.

Back in '79-80 senior year High School Chatsworth CA I used to street race on Canoga Ave. The shop Called Stuggart had just been bought out and was a guy doing english cars now. He had the Stutt Bee, its '48 Webers, wheels tires and had no clue what to do with it . I remember checking it out many times. It had been hammered butI recall a friend of mine who was very into custom VW's in the 80's talking about the deck lid, is it with it? I recall it being there when I saw the car. Many brain cells less since then but thats how I recall it. Andy S.

Superb! I love that car! I'd be tempted to leave the gold as original, but get the black repainted to get rid of all the cracking and crazing. Also makes it easier to put a bonnet and decklid on it and have them match!

Do you think it ever raced with those fronts drums!! Funny in the close up of the door, you can see where it was called Stutt Bug at one point. Your going to need a mini bus full of drivers for EBI2 Russell
