I don't have any accurate idea, I'm afraid. I don't have anything to do with the book other than writing it – the publishing and sales side is out of my hands. All I know is that it is due to be at the publishers in bulk in November, for sale by the later half of the month. As for the USA, I gather that copies destined for there will be shipped directly from the printers to MBI. What the timescale is from then on, I can't say. Sorry I can't be more specific...  |
