if youwheels  are just sanblasted like mine , they don't look the same as mine , mine look like more white , yours look like  more darker  you've done something special to have that result???

Neil, nope the cars not ready yet, weddings and houses seem to keep getting in the way.
Engines in, though not for the last time yet.  Hopin to get it to the trimmers at some point in the next couple of months.

Speedwell, the wheels were boot polished after blasting. Literally brushed over with black boot polish and then given a coat of wheel wax to seal it.

They look great , did you do anything else to them ? as they look darker than when
you posted the first just done pic?
or is it just in a different light ?

I liked this version best. Just put a satin or flat clear over the bare centers to keep them clean easily, and that's the look!

mike i liked too , but when i saw the picture of my car with the wheelsjust sanblasted , there is not contrast between both

I see what you mean, although I think it was just fine in the first pic. But, the new look and the contrast you're going for is working, too. It helps that the paint isn't glossy — keeping it flat keeps it looking right.
