Yesterday I took my notch out for a drive direct after work. Best thing to get your head free after a stressed day!

I played around a bit with the jetting of my IDA`s, and playing with the throttle-cable of course...

Here are some pic`s I took in the evening sun:

And here are the pic`s with IDA/glaspack sound  Wink

Maybe I haven`t said it lately: Such a great place here thank`s for everybody supporting it!  Smiley

Best Greetings,
Felix

Thank you ALL for those kind words!  Shocked

@67worshipper: It depends on how much you pull the throttle cable Wink
Specs: 67 typ-3, 1776ccm, non counterweight crank, W125, single "hard" springs shimmed, org. valves 35,5x32 modified, 043heads self ported,CR 10,5:1, 1 1/2 Header with "noise maker", IDA`s on short flange switched mainfolds. And till yesterday with a race trim sump. With the short bug gearbox it went an ET of 15.40sec. Hope to get more in the lower 15`s maybe even 14`s as the car feels more "free" with the IDA`s in comparsion to the 40er IDF`s before.

@Nicolas: Of course but let`s race at http://www.bitbug.eu/ 12-14 June. Would be such a nice pic with those typ-3 beautys together at the christmas tree!

Hope that you attend at the DFL 402 Cal-Look trophy:
http://cal-look.no/lounge/index.php/topic,9191.0.html

@RickM: shoots were taken on a "Feldweg". That`s a little farmer way.

@67-indeed/DVK : size is 205/65 and 165/65 as the 145 tended to overbrake.
"how come the change, are you becoming more performance-minded? fast cornering etc?"
Those pirellis have a pretty good grip. That could be an big advantage even on 402m without corners...And those "Aronson" Pirellis are to me 10times more period correct than firestones  Grin

@speedwell: Those pic`s were taken with a tiny Canon Wink
