Don't do it Mike! The 64 and earlier cars with the thick window posts look so much better chopped, just my opinion Wink

Seriously Mike, DO NOT BREAK OUT THE SAWZALL! Just the other day I was telling my girlfriend how your car is just the best car I have ever seen. I just love it! It's a classic already.

Seriously....its not getting cut. I have WAY too many " irons in the fire" to cut my car up. Actually I am collecting parts for the next project. Wink

Amazing to think it would not be the first chop top Bug running around the Danville area!

I usually only comment when I have something to contribute but chop top beetles do not excite me. The hood area seem way too long and disproportionate. Plus, I would be staring at the sun visor area if I lowered the roof on my car a few inches.

Tar Babe and the Keith Goss car are pretty cool, though. Don't chop it, Mike.
