New product, What do you think

You can take single port tin and cut cylinder tin area's and add to new tin section. Why? #1 For stroked motors there 1/2 shorter so they won't hit body. #2 there clearanced around manifolds and made to fit scat-trak manifolds. #3 you can angle side to line up with fan shroud. #4 you can get to plugs ez'r. #5 if your tin's are short next to case from being stroked, There is 1/4 extra on new peice. And all edges have turned flange.

Danny... question. If a guy can't weld, could that guy mark a pair of s/p tin and have YOU assemble them?

If a guy mocked them up on his motor and put about 3-4 alum 3/32 rivets to hold in place I or any good welder could finish. I made a jig that aligns all holes so after welding they should end up in the same place. I'm in town for bug-in and when I get back to shop I will post pictures of the jig.

That is some nice metal work. Does the cylinder tin retain the dam that diverts air around the two center head studs? This is important for cooling I believe.

Yeah, but they don't climb goat trails with a 1-ton brown truck.

Danny, you do the complete coversion, or you sell the ends only? And also for cooling, no problems cause of air coming out around the manifolds?

Hi ted, I just make the end peices. For mine I will use a thin peice of rubber that the plug wires will hold in place and be kind of a gasget to seal area.

Hey Danny,
I thought of a product for you. How about an extended clutch arm that has a couple of holes for the connection so you can tune the feel? Sorta like this only with a few more options:
For buggy folks you could offer a kit so it would be easier to shorten the cable by including the heim joint & bolt. Make it threaded so you can adjust the clutch as well. Just a thought.

I like that, Louis. I'd also like to see something similar on the pedal end. Can you say smooth clutch feel?
