Cool picture below the C.R. bottle. Used to drink that stuff with Coke back before I quit drinking sodas in '88. Good stuff!
Tonight was just a simple Sierra Nevada Pale Ale to wash down dinner.

Well, after the tastings a couple weeks ago, I've become a fan of Lost Coast Brewery. I was sharing their Tangerine Wheat, Downtown Brown Ale, & my new favorite cold one 8 BALL Porter is is nice & dark, sorry I only brought 6 of each to Bug-In. They also have a Great White, a raspberry brown, & Indiga -- an IPA all good.  No -- I don't work there. My wife likes the Tangerine Wheat. I think it tastes like spiked orange juice. I tease her and call it a breakfast beer. Indica IPA is one of my favorite session beers. You can drink them all day long (at least I can LOL). The 8 Ball stout is good too, but lacks in the ETOH department. |

Mr. Bates, I applaud you....I started early with the breakfast beer, I think Tero finished those off.
I prefer that Downtown Brown & the raspberry taste great while eating vanilla ice cream.....
The indica is also very drinkable.

Albertson's had Deschutes Brewing's Hop Henge Experimental IPA (9%ABV) on sale for $4.00 for a 22oz. so I bought all they had. Absolutely delicious, and the hops come from my good friend Mike Weathers family hop farm near Salem, Oregon.  |

OH, okay, Oregon huh, going to Astoria in a couple weeks, its a stop for the cruise I'm doing -- San Diego to Vancouver. When I go to Oregon, its all about ROGUE I just love that Dead Guy Ale & Shakespear, ummmm BEER  of course on the ship its all about the Martini's ummmm VODKA |

Are you going to The Rogue Brewery in Newport? They have the best Kobe beef bacon cheesburger I've ever eaten. It's $14.00 but worth every penny. Wash it down with a Rogue Brutal Bitter...MMMM.....MMMM.

After a long day working at a far away Air Force Base all day and visiting one of my cars in the local body shop, came home to enjoy a Double-Double with everything, fries, and a dark bier. Currently sipping frozen Jameson Irish whiskey. I don't normally drink the hard stuff, but Worm got me a bottle of it at Bug-In 37. Thanks, buddy, this stuff is smoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth right outta the freezer and directly from the bottle.

Just enjoyed a perfect Chimay Grande Reserve. Thanks to one of my housemates... went rather well with the home cooked pasta meal that she just cooked us all. BEST BIER EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Tonights entertainment started in the Royal Arch Broughty ferry with a cheeky few Belhaven bests Continued with a range of pizzas and kebabs from Kahns and returned home to decided what malt to fire into...tonight was a cheeky wee oak cased aged Glenlevit..which is completely wasted on my Kebab ravaged tongue....goes down well though |
