Thats a nice looking chop!
Similar looking to the Keith Goss car...is it being rebuilt?

how cool it that.

Has anyone seen the Freds Super Bee car that Chris Morely has been trying to sell for the last few years? If yes, is there enough there to turn it back into the race car?

Si.

Here's one more unknown (outside Finland) gasser. Belongs to friend of mine and raced from mid to late 70's until late 80's. The name of the car is just an old local nickname for Beetle  Cheesy

There has been a thread on the Cal-Look Forum for a week.  Pretty interesting car!

Saw that, first thing I thought when I saw the interior was something along the lines of !!!!! and then I scrolled down and read the reason for it. Very cool car.  Cool

Could maybe have done with a couple more inches out of the roof though?  Grin

I don't think it is the same car, just look at the door handle. One looked to be pre 64, the other one 65 or 66.

Thanks, for that. He is still holding out for 4 grand for it, but by the looks of it, whilst it obviously has an interesting past, it is just a late model project covered in crap! I wonder how hard it would be to rebuild it, and re-do the signwriting properly?

wow cool pic, the only one I have seen before is the one in Keiths book. You have to say that the car is pretty cool. The bodywork looks comparitively standard, and if you could get a good pic of the logo, someone could re paint it. Question is would someone pay $4k for the project car?

It was and old Race Car that has gone threw a few owners  but it is really  beat up now it is a car from the past but not as popular as other cars of the day it was a neat late model but even back in the pictures you have it was not a real clean car
