Great addition and return of the original breather.  It reminds me of my 67 that I had one on. Nice new touches too.

I totally agree Rick, I'm even thinking of selling my newer Berg Breather to fund this new old style one. And just for your information guy's, they will have the Equalizer Pulley's ready by the end of this week, the lastest beginning of next week. Talked to Alister today, that's why I know. Waiting for one myself. Just a little heads up.  Wink

I picked up a breather and a 3.5 qt sump from Bergs this past Monday. I chose the AN style two port breather with the chrome vented mushroom cap.
I'd been on the "sump waiting list" for a good long while.
As an added bonus, Dyno Don was present (and quite chipper, I might add) along with Dee.. good to see them, good to support the Bergs whenever possible.

Pick up mine Thursday uncoated, going to do my own, but a sealed one with AN fittings. Using it with another breather.  Grin

They need to start doing R&D again... the rest of the industry has caught up since Gene passed... way up...

I don't believe that Clyde is back. Alistair is doing most of the R&D at this time.  I've been talking with him about once a month and he has a bunch of ideas and the breather is the first to show the light of day.  I believe they will have o-ringed sumps soon.  No leaks between the engine case and sump.

I agree absolutely!  The 2110 in my car is almost all Berg parts and built with their recomendations.  Next up is a 1776 for a thing or bus.  I'll be looking to them for a CW 69mm crank and flywheel and some case work first.  IMO they do make and have made the best parts.

Your right Donny, Alistair is the one pushing most of the R&D at the moment. The 'old syle' angular Breather Box sure looks good!

We are currently putting together a Berg order at the moment and we shall be bringing a number of these in. If anyone in Europe is after one, order today at sales@prowagen.com and we'll ship it out to you for free! Price is £185

Wow, thats funny I bought one of those angular breathers used.  It was one of those blind ads, no pics.  The ad stated it was a Berg unit.  When compared to the other 2 new Berg breathers I have(the oval shaped canisters), thought I got duped.  It was in great shape, no nicks on the gloss black finish, in fact I could not smell or find any trace of oil, even on the baffles on the inside.  At first thought, it was a Latest Rage clone.  But no chrome could be found.  Then I thought it was a CSP, nope different shape.  I guess in the end I got a smokin' deal at only $60.
