thanks to some advise from the off bunch(they didnt tell me to f off when i kept asking )and fixin the throttle linkage ::)we ran 3 new pb ending up with 13.65 @91 with a 1.77 sixty foot.only prob was we were trying to qualify for the bracket gamblers and broke out both runs ,.041 under on the last try so we got bumped as 17 cars for 16 field, but then one backed out so we got back in only to find we were against the Huxleys in dark hourse ,pro et mustang running 9s .tbh we was hole shot by 2 tenths  Embarrassedand then ran 2 tenth of dial so no chance .think it got a bit hot as no cooling but we live to fight anouther day.so now we start saving for lower 3rd and 4th gears and a spool as well as looking for glass doors bonnet and front wings and plastic windows .dont need to put the driver on a diet as she weights nowt.2 weeks till the next one so see how we do then as still learning the new motor.

looks like the seat mounts are coming of the roll cage now, need to sit that kirkey seat cos the other one must be to comfy as she lost 2nd round of gamblers with a sleepy .3 reaction time ::)yet another PB  8)13.54 @94 with a best 60ft of 1.74 fresh track and coldish engine 60fts went down to1.8s rest of runs and then went best of 13.6 to 13.74 not bad consistancy and we qualified no2 13.63 on a 13.6 dial in.was going to try some 160 main jets but in rained ,4weeks to Ladies that Launch to see if we can get a hat trick.

so ran 2 new pbs at shakey this weekend, only mannaged 1 run before qualifier for Ladies that Launch ,first runs always slow(13.68)so dilled in 13.6 ,had a long delay cos bike rider got thrown off on start line(ok Cool)and ran new pb BROKE OUT AGAIN big time 13 36 so we dilled in 13.4 for first round had a 10th advantage on start but didnt run the numbers ,13 55 so no trophy this year after winning it for the last 2 years.anyway had a break and then went for a final run and had a 13.35 @97.5 with a 1.77 60ft thats =best 60ft best et and best speed ,looking good for the MSA meet in august when the track should be better preped.
