cal look scene in europe

hi everybody,

i am new to the scene, used to be (and still are a bit) into early 911s and found at my friends house a book called "california look vw". i read it and it changed my mind. i was surfing the web and found this forum. and now i would like to know whats going on? it looks as if that style is very popular again.

are there any shows you can recommend, where i can find cal look cars for inspiration? are there clubs like in the 70s? i am from austria, living in germany but travelling a lot through europe because of my job.

would be nice to get some input from you guys!

The Cal-look scene in Europe, where I live at least, is going uncontrollable sideways with lot's of smoke comming out from the rear fenders and screaming tires tries to cover the sound of the screaming engine when it is unloading all the anger and frustration the owner has gathered during the long cold winter up north...............Alive and kickin!!!!!!

This very topic made me realise that it was so rude from me not to officially say hello and introduced mysef :/
