what do you need to do to run a pulley that has been cut for a sandseal. are there different options? i have heard off one solution where the case doesn't need machining, but the metal flange that fits in the case and where the seal fits in, starts to spin as well. so it needs to be secured or glued...
i am asking this as i want to be able to use the gene berg pulley i have here that has been cut for a sandseal.
and are there any benefits over the orginal seal besides being able to drive the dunes of Westende?
