is it the same kg No that Hans Huber car is a California car. I think it ran last time in 04(?) at the Reunion(?) race in Bakersfield, CA. As far as I know this car was on the East Coast of the USA and belonged to Kosnoski, then James Varn of Autobahn Imports (A/D HotVWs 1/8 Record Holder), then an unknown guy out of Charleston, SC. Now it belongs hole shot photos. This is how the car looked before being taken apart. Yes it is the same car, someone round cut the rear quarter panels.

is it the same kg Hans Huber's car is alive and well and still runs selected events. He lives a stone's throw from me here in Central California. It's last outing was the 2008 Bakersfield March Meet. There's a photo of Hans in action at the March Meet in the link below, as well as Mike Ognibene (Italy 1) and myself http://spect8foto.com/2008%20march%20meet/2008%20march%20meet.html

Mike's car looks the same as it did 30 years ago. Still has the Deano front end, wheels, and is still all old school, only recently making the change to a 3.88 ring and pinion.

I find this aspect of the car more fascinating than anything else and that's not to say the car isn't awesome in its own right either, it is. It's got such a fantastic history and I just found myself stood there looking at it over and over thinking about all those visits to the track.

one of my favorite topics . Now we have seen all the wicked gassers from the past. What about brand new old scool style gassers from france ? I have seen them at the ,,RUN DAYS,, in july. Hope see more innovative build cars from nowdays in near future
