The time has come to install suspension on my '56 but im really not sure whats gonna be best..... ![Huh](http://cal-look.no/lounge/Smileys/default/huh.gif) car will be running an IDA'd 2276cc with Rancho Pro Street box so it should be a bit of a ripper. Ive read a few horror stories about people having problems under braking and on lift off of throttle due to sloppy suspension so i'd really appreciate any advice! ![Wink](http://cal-look.no/lounge/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Many people have the rear suspension travel limited. Some say AVOS do it on their own but opinions are divided. Some use straps. It isnt a huge amout of work and stops the "end of the run" wiggle that comes from taking your foot off the gas. I am having mine done

I am having mine done are you going with the straps then? Just got to make a decision between Avo's and Koni's now. Haven't had a lot of feedback on this topic but from what i can gather, Koni's (and i'm assuming coilovers!) are a good choice. I was just curious whether there was any noticeable difference between the two? Thanks for your reply, it is appreciated ![Cool](http://cal-look.no/lounge/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

I am having a 19 mm bolt put through the rear suspension arm. Pete @ Funkenblitz is the guy that put me onto it. Straps may well do the same, I am not knowledgeable enough to comment really. I am also going wit Avos based on recommendation. ![Grin](http://cal-look.no/lounge/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Stock up front and AVO in the rears. 1.51 ft time on DOT tires so, YES, I like AVO.
