Cant dissagree on the cabrio,even if it doesnt have split window
but even with my somewhat vivid imagination I dont see a tube chassis race car fitting the Cal look idea,even if it does have a split window section on it
now a car like Patricks I would like to own,didnt realise it was the car Mike G was doing Pat,looks real good,if you ever need it driven anywhere Jo is quite happy to help you out

It belongs to Russ Welch. The restoration took approx. five years due mostly to Russ' declining health. Dave Galassi helped
considerably with the build. Here's a few more pics...

Pretty sure the other one started as an oval but just had a bar added in the middle. Look at the shape of the outer edges of the window.

Yes, rear window is a little bit different than on a true split vw bug.
It is not a zwitter model - front windows are in one piece, and on the rear, car has heart shaped lights.
If only I could see a dashboard to be 100% sure...
