WOW Ron... you clean up nice!
Well, I try, but I only dress like that on special occasions. It usually involves Church, Food, or a Cruise ship !!
Saturday was 2 1/2 out of 3......

LUFTSICK TERO ASKED ---
Do you have plans to arrange this event also in the BugIn weekend?
Well, funny you mention that....I was just thinking that as I drove home from work today!!!
If memory serves me right --- and I hope someone from D.K.P. will chime in --- there is a Friday
night event @ NICK'S --- so why not try to get some people out Saturday April 30th ??
It would really work out well for any out of town / country visitors!! I'm totally open to feedback
from ANY LOCALS ...let me know if it can happen !! A Friday, Saturday, Sunday weekend -- might
be perfect for those who can make one or the other or ALL THREE !!!

It's mostly bus people selling bus stuff at that swap. Plenty of time to eat breakfast and check out both

I'm open to the idea of holding it a week early, as long as we don't stay out too late the night before

I mixed up the dates, thought that Bug In weekend had the first Saturday of the May..

I think so too. Bug-In, there may be a DKP Cruz night, don't know on Friday, maybe any DKP guy's can chime in and give us that info., but Saturday I don't think anything is going on. Now Classic weekend, yes! DKP Cruz night on Friday, OCTO on Sat. and Classic's on Sunday. I think were good to go for Bug-In weekend or Sat. morning. WE need the correct dates on the other happenings, that would straighten this out. See ya all tomorrow!!

Tero it's because of the TIME ZONE difference.....BUG-IN has always been Sunday here in the states.
Except in the early days it was 2 days. So, stay tuned to this thread for updates !!! Think about it guys,
maybe WE should have a pre BUG-IN BREAKFAST !!!

Well okay Guys & Dolls, it is time once again for
BUGS FOR BREAKFAST
special pre BUG-IN
Meeting. Due to the great interest in a pre-cruise at NICK'S on Friday, we think there
should
be
some interest in a Breakfast gathering at the usual place
RUBY'S
on Whittier
Blvd between Santa Gertrudes & Colima Rd. Join us between 8:30 AM & 10 - 11- or NOON whenever.
We hope to see "TERO" from Finland !!! So get ready for a full weekend of VW Fun !!!
Come on out & meet someone new !!

Will try to make it if I don't have to work. As it is, I will miss the DKP Cruz night Friday cause of working OT. But will be at Bug-In.
Any plans of a Cruz to Bug-In Sunday?? Maybe meet at Ruby's Dinner early in the morning, I'm down for that!!

Well, back from Ruby's BFB, was a small turn out but still good to see the people that showed up. And met Tero and his wife from Finland, very nice people, good to put a face to the name. Good conversation, good food of course. See ya all at Bug-In!

Funny Fred, Tero & Sanna were at Cars & Coffee
AND
at Ruby's !!
No problem, big weekend, only 7 cars showed up, but it was still a good morning.
It was very easy to determine who had travel the longest distance to get the free
breakfast!!!
A good time was had by all, we'll do it again in June......
