I'm going to the dark side - blacked out quarterlight frames, window scrapers, door, decklid and bonnet handles, rear light trims, T-bars... REALLY need to pick a colour for the car now! Cheesy

One close up pic of the 914/912 jauges backs, with the braces made by Xavier. Still needs a finishing touch, but it's great work. Thanks Xav!

That's a nice touch mounting the gauges on a RHD glove box lid...!  Wink

Yeah, but I'm half Scottish, so I'd need some blue in there! And can't do EBI2 either - term time! Last year flew out after school on Friday and back in on Sunday after the show, but got delayed by hours! Overslept and didn't make it in until mid- morning, so can't see me being allowed to do that again! Sad Cheesy

So, guys, 18 days till bugin and still a lot to do!

But it's moving and a lot has happened already since last week...

Fenders & lights are on; carpets arrived; dash is almost done; still a lot to do on the electical side; still waiting for the freshly painted tank; Gunter should bring bumpers & running boards by the end of the week (thanks again!); One door finished, the other almost, waiting for a missing part; the engine started today and had his running in for about 2 hours outside (happy neighbours), etc...

Thanks again Mike Maize for the deal!

Rear bumper is on also, interior is all done except the shifter and the seat belt. Still have to fit the tank and the engine, and then it's done. easy... Roll Eyes
