I've posted these shots of Geno Comb's car before but it really is my fav late model looker, I know the deck lid artwork is'nt really cal look but the car just works so well with the 8 spokes and right on stance  Cool

Here's my Canadian '68 Beetle, second owner, 81,000 miles, L620 Savanna Beige.  Runs a 2332 cc currently, but the original 1500 cc is in the garage to be re-installed after I'm finished racing:

Hey Dave, ya I know, but theres the LATE MODEL post, Just trying to narrow it down a bit. Thanks for the nice comments, Ya, I still like the old way, and I still have the Alloys and bumpers, but I also like the new way. I may go back one day. Did make a header change, now sport'n a A-1 Sidewinder, I like it, alot. All black with stainless muff. Hey, you going to the Jamboree this weekend?
