Just wondering,but what happened with the "das MUPPET RACER"?I remember it was for sale a while back.
So,is it sold(complete or without engine),and who owns it now?
I always have liked it,so hence my question.

Did muppet racer ever get a feature in a magazine?
IMHO it set the trend for the rekindled interest in Gasser racers.

Volksworld? SuperVW? IMHO it set the trend for the rekindled interest in Gasser racers.

I read that feature over and over when that issue of vwtrends came out. Very cool car! There were other interesting cars that month too. Fabs, a picture of the cover, please.

here's the car some month ago after his first award at the super vw nats it was around 2000 nico the first owner has to push details as in the time: He moved chrome of the rubber windows as it made it for the time and equipped the car with parts from the 70's such as :dds linkage ,manifold , real raders wheels ,empi gauges old berg shifter ,magneto , a look alike square flange empi stinger here're the pict i took |
