Looks kind of old and crusty, does any one recognise it, does Fabian have any old pics?

Mr Ritchie you may be interested!

I thought it was an old one - all the old decals, and the fact that the paint looks slightly old suggested it was. Shame it is an "unknown" though in one way - it would have been even cooler if it was a well known one from our gasser pic list that was re-found! I think it said 11 inch rear brakes - they must be 356 drums.

I wonder how much it will go for, it sure would be cool at EBI, but the shipping time would be cutting it fine now.

Very interesting car. Appears to be Mitchell wheels and not DDS. Also appears to have Porsche 356 rear brake drums. With all the chrome goodies and fan housing, I would date it more early-to-mid '80s than late seventies. 74mm Okrasa crank ain't too shabby either. Could be a killer deal.

I have seen an ad for this car before.. In an old Hot Rod magazine from the late seventies. Just a poor quality black and white photo, but the same specs and undoubtably the same car.
Will scan and post here as soon as I have the time to find it.

I was thinking about bidding, but then realised my missus would kill me before it arrived on these shores, so I would never see it  Cry

ace, it is in good company up there in sunny Scotland if that is where it is going, hopefully we will get to see it at a show or 2. If I had got it, I would have made it road legal. It has rearlights and with a couple of amendments (front brakes?) I reckon you could get it on the road.
