Sorry didn't take any pictures, but noticed a real sharp Java Green on 911 alloys parked on west side of Nicks last night.
Cool car.

Hi Jim
The car in question is my son's Dom Jr, it had taken it's madin voyage just on Saturday. It has been a 6 year project, father & Son.
It has a 2332 engine built by me that runs on pump gas and was dynoed at 212hp at 6800 and had allot more left in it.
The inside of the car is set up for racing, RLR cage and racing seats, Shawn Geers inspired, as for the outside it is traditional Cal-Look. It has four wheel disc brakes 28mm rear tortion bars and adjustable spring plates. Trans was built by Rancho.
BTW Jim I emailed you pictures a couple of weeks ago to the email address listed on your Face Book because I know how you like the Java Green cars. Sorry I do not know how to post pictures...

And it sounded beautiful !!! great job to both father & son. Ted - racecraft told me the specs.
It had the perfect sound of carb & exhaust -- looking forward to seeing that one again.
As for pictures, the instructions are listed on a thread / sticky.
Hey FRED -- did YOU get a pic???

I'm big on sound of a car. I have to say, the sound of your son's car got my attention. Sounds pretty threatening. NICE.

how about specs on motor ? cam, heads, compression ? impressive hp number for just 6800 rpm. I like the idea of a pump gas cam choice that could make such a good hp number, be all over at 6800 AND still have some bottom end/midrange , Should lead to longer lasting valve springs ? possible lower lobe center choice ? NICE RIDE. bill

Has anybody tried an 87 with 106 lobe center or 3 deg advance ? Could lead to easier detonation ? sorry, always looking for a perfect cam , when will we get vvt (variable valve timing) in our vw world.. bill

We've got variable valve timing - it's called Jim Ratto! I don't think anyone else has run as many different cams as him!

CB 2" narrow adjustable front beam with drop spindles 145/15 front tires
28mm tortion bars with adjustable spring plates and Jay Cee spring plate retainers, I'm not sure of the rear tire size.
