Not what are you being fed..what did YOU cook? Let's see what you can do in the kitchen. The most humble of fare or world class cuisine everything is OK. For those of you who rely on the little lady, that can change quickly. And for them who take the fast food lane to the finish line... thats your choice.
Hey! If you can cook a VW...You can cook your supper!
I'll start...Chicken Marsala w/rice.

Nice plate Sarge ! How's the "Russian" Red ? Thanks Harry... you'd have to look long and hard to find better red Zinfandel then those made by Carlisle (located in the Russian River Valley near Sonoma). Hard as hell to get as they produce only a few hundred cases per vineyard each year. My favorite! http://carlislewinery.com/about.html Sarge: are you on a high protein - low carbo diet?
Uh, sort of

Been cooking a lot of spaghetti lately... so tonight, I'm going to one of the local Mexican eateries for some chicken tacos. My new girlfriend has me hooked on Merlot, too. Weird seeing that next to my stouts in the fridge. But I'm diggin' it and it goes well with just about everything I cook.

Uh, yeah... and here's today's actual breakfast, bro. What wine goes with a scrambler If you're limited to wine (and it's associated products) then a Mimosa... However, if you were to expand you horizons past wine... a Bloody Mary.

Way to go guy's! I'm impressed, but frankly I expected a few more pics. That is unless you've cooked your chow to a nice golden BLACK . I only do a heart stopping good meal about once a week, here's one from last week. Lamb chops w/garlic cous cous & pine nuts. The Zin is local.

See ! It's never to late for the red stuff. Yes sir! I'm old and learning late in life... but glad that I did. This Merlot concept is pretty cool and way cheaper than my expensive Chimay bier tastes. HA!
Rick, a favorite Sunday morning drink alongside breakfast is a Grand Mimosa. You can pretty much already guess the components... orange juice, champagne, and Grand Marnier. GOOD STUFF! Especially with a real (not fake) crab omelette from Harbor House Cafe.

...then a Mimosa...
Slightly off-topic but on the mimosa note — two weeks ago I was in Nashville visiting my bro before his baby arrived, and we went to a great bar (The Melrose) for brunch on Sunday. My A.M. beverage from their menu? A MAN-mosa. Miller High Life and OJ. It is the champagne of beers, ya know...

Tonight's dinner consists of Penne Rigate doused with roasted garlic pasta sauce from Fresh & Easy (their brand) and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh ground black pepper. To wash it all down... ice cold Sierra Nevada Glissade. I love to cook!
(edit) Forgot to type the pepper and cheese.
