Looks great, Stian! (and more like a car from Norway, than one from Texas... Grin)

I just checked out your website (http://www.proturbovw.com) for the first time in a while, and enjoyed the pics and info related to the rebuild.

Udo

Thank you for all the nice comments guys.
Udo- Think maybe it's a combination of many things.Car was too light, small wing, wrong camber aso.Have done adjustments and put the car on scales, got a better feeling now.Hope to do the first test next weekend,so I better go back down in the garage  Wink

The 2276 baby baron did really good in the dyno today, now converted to E-85 and Motec! Everything worked great, did 15 pulls.
With 40psi of boost we got 790hp and 742nm of torque at 7500rpm, with power and torque still going straight up.Should be good for another 1000rpm,looking at around 840hp at 8000rpm.. Cool

Once you go over the 800HP, you're going to have to upgrade to larger 2" straps, as I don't think the current 1" straps/motor mounts are going to cut it...  Grin Wink Grin

Thanks for the update, Stian!

Thanks guys! We took it to 8000 many times, but stopped there.Vidar got the information and maps needed to put the rev limiter to 8500.Was no need to do the long and hard 40+psi pulls above 8000.Also we reached the limit of the fuelpump.
