This is deano posting KS's computer... It is Sunday, and we are about to head back to the track for the final day of the EBI. I can only tell you that early next week, you guys are going to see photos, and videos that you just will not believe. They placed in-car cameras in Tar Babe, Inch Pincher 1 and Lightning Bug 1 that you are going to love. There is one clip of Keith Seume driving the Tar Babe that is awesome. KS races Lightning Bug and runs a 11.91, simply the best! There is also some footage of Tar Babe passing Inch Pincher 1 on the return road, from the passenger's side window, thanks to Greg Bunch. That's all for now. More, much more later. See 'ya! deano

It was a blast!

The show and shine was overfilled with so much nice cars that is was just impossible to see them all!

We arrived on Friday around 9pm and have to wait for more than two hours before be able to come in. The guy at the gate wish us good luck to find a place...
They had to ask to a local farmer to open a field to free some camping space!

One of the best Buses I've seen. Jan Kreyer says it's better for it to be running on a vehicle than sitting on a bench. I have to agree.

So true.

There is lot of interesting things on this bus. Brakes setup is not that common...

Oh forgot about Russel/Rhoads Cal-look...too bad I could not get a closure look.
Speedwell's car...so much more 'aggressive' with its new dual QP.
And Empicollectoe Ghia...awesome on the EMPI 5's.

A few nice Low Lights as well...

It was a good edition!!

I will share one picture i took, unlike fabs i only took 44!

As you can see here we started Saturday night to work on the EMPI dragster, keith was the only one who would fit in it.

1st problem the front tires = flat, okay not a problem find a bicycle pump!!!

2nd problem the rear tires = not good, lets nick the ones off Italy 1 (First pass), lets use the ones off the Dutchers Buggy (2nd pass)

3rd problem = lets inhale the fumes from the non heat resistant paint on the exhaust.

The fuel leak was risk assessed as not a problem as it was behind Keith!  Now you wonder why keith is nervous!!!

What can I say? It's been the BEST EBI so far! Unfortunately my car didn't perform like it should, that's what happens if you go to the track without testing before... Undecided At least I didn't break anything Roll Eyes

First time I saw Tar Babe in the flesh, caused me goose-bumps...

The Lighning Bug! What a great job Russell and his crew did!

The Empi Rail! Just gotta love this little beast.

The Otto Bros' Fire Burnout! You guys are crazy!

Dave Rhoad's car, the Holmes Replica, I could go on for ever!

A very special moment was to be part of the world's very first Cackle-Fest for Flat4-engines on saturday night. Thanks to all who made that happen! I met so much friends from literally ALL over the world.

Ole

P.S: Dyno Don, YOU ROCK!
