Awesome car! Love it! Some lovely looking welds on your cage. Can you ask your welder what filler rods he used please? Looks like stainless steel it's that clean!  Is the cage moly or cds? Keep up the good work - cant  wait to see it in the flesh Wink

312 is a grade of stainless steel. I did not know you could use that on moly. Every day's a school day! Wink

Hey Andy,
why did you use the red 9 front end?
For a drag car it seems unnecessary and heavy?
Or will you do track days as well? Smiley

Cheers, Peter

Hi Peter

i was going to use on the track but I've built now for drag only. The use of the red9 front end was so i had the possibility of being able to adjust the front end if i needed to, regarding the weight of the front end it not much different to a stock beam with drums on but i may be proved wrong on that point lol

Michael

I'm trying lol

I've spent nearly a whole day to get this far all cables are in  and tested I have a few left to make off but need the sensors for that fuel and oil pressure. Big mile stone tonight powered it all up and all reading and working fine I even got the CanBus to work on the dash2

I've just got to configure the dash2 to read what I want it to and get down to sorting out a start map for the S60
