Did a bit last night on wiring up the injector drivers, wideband and EGT

Wired in the boost controller this will be stand alone and not connected to the ecu

I'm struggling to find the the plugs for the ride height sensors I know the pin out for the connections 0v 12v+ and the 0-5v linear output

I think I will have to go to the jag dealer to see if they list the plugs as a separate item

Little bit more gradually getting all these dam wires connected to each other and electronics talking to each other just the CanBus to go so the ECU talks to the data logger, dash and camera system

Lol it's not as complicated as its looks, it's just the same as most race cars just with lots more data logging but with no old School gauges and resistors to make it work, I'm hoping all this shite will pay for itself in data

1 ECU can do what all your boxes is going to do and on top of this the engine will be a lot easier to map compared to the DTA. And if that is not enough it is a lot cheaper too.

There are several, but what ECU are you thinking of Kalle?

Have you checked out MAXXECU?

Sorry for Google translate :p

MaxxECU - The optimal engine control unit for race track and road

We at Maxxtuning Ltd has several years of experience out of the engine control system and the mapping out of these and is well versed in these Systemes all pros and cons. We decided that with our experience in mapping / adjustment we would develop its own engine control unit, which we believe is the ultimate controller for both the full-featured mapper for beginners.

Examples of engines MaxxECU can steer
Virtually all of 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 cylinder engines.
Up to 8 cylinders fully sequentially.
Up to 16 cylinders in waste spark.

Trigger Signal / cam signal / trigger system that supports MaxxECU
(For a bit rarer trigger system, we do support this if interested).
VR sensor.
Digital (Hall, Opto).
Standard "missing tooth" (60-2, 36-1). Supports ranging from 12-1 to 150-4.
Multitooth trigger (12 +1 to 150-4).
Audi 5-cyl.
Nissan CAS.
Mitsubishi 4/2.
GM LS1.

MaxxECU outputs
8 outputs for injectors. Adjustable peak and hold current. Lågohm 1 or 2 högohms injectors per output. Max 4A.
8 outputs for ignition. 5V signal for driving the ignition modules, CDI units and coils.
8 outputs for extra features. Can be set to operate in virtually anything. Fuel pump, idle control, boost control, shift light, fans, warning lights, etc. 1.5 A per output.

MaxxECU inputs
Air temperature sensor (IAT).
Water temperature sensor (CLT).
Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
Lambda Sensor. Uses broadband lambda sensor directly to the ECU without any additional electronics.
2 trigger inputs. VR, hall or opto. The signals are processed by a completely separate processor for maximum performance and immunity to interference.
Two additional temperature sensors. Can be used for logging or control of additional functions.
2 spare 0-5V inputs. Can be used for additional sensors such. measuring the exhaust gas back pressure or fuel pressure.
2 additional digital inputs. Used for example. speed sensors and switches.
Built-in pressure sensor (barometer).
Built MAP sensor for up to 3 bar boost.
8 inputs for EGT sensors. No additional electronics needed.

MaxxECU example functions
(If you would like to have something you miss or want to change, please contact us, we are listening to our users to make our system the best!)
Launch Control.
Flexible lap top.
Adjustable laddtrycksbegränsning.
Adjustable protection functions based on EGT and / or lambda.
Regulate the fuel based on the exhaust temperature and / or oxygen to protect the engine.
MAP sensor or TPS as load sensor. Flexible additional tables to facilitate really sharp engines.
Automatically disabling the injectors at full throttle when cranking. Adjustable.
Swipe tachometer to its maximum speed at ignition on.
Built-in error and warning diagnostics and felkodshantering.
Test functions for all outputs.
Test Driving the injectors / coils in the ignition cylinder or order to easily see any incorrect wiring and correct the correct spreader / firing.
Integrated trigger logging to troubleshoot any trigger problems.
Built Triggeroscillosskop.
Measuring spridarresistansen directly in the program.

MaxxECU other / technical
CANbus for expansion modules.
USB for mapping.
Bluetooth for connectivity to mobile devices.
4MB memory for logging without a connected PC.
Supply voltage 8-22V.
Main processor ARM Cortex-M3 processor running at 120MHz, with three auxiliary processors to handle trigger, spreaders and OJ.
Resolution on ignition: 0.1 degrees.
Resolution on the spreader: 0001 ms.
Updates the fuel and ignition 2,000 times per second.
The fastest PC communication, loads in the folder on for 0.5 seconds.

Maxx is one that have all the options. Bosch have a new one but it is expensive. Motec is also rather expensive. Vipec has a all-in-one box. My choice, today, would be the Maxx. It has built in injector drivers, knock control, built in map sensor, built in exhaust temp control, built in BB lambda... you name it. The maxx is also cheap compared to more known brands.
