I am guessing a very specific set of DDS rims? And that car is going to be sick when it is done.

Looks great it seems to have lots of tricks. Will it have side scoops? What is the lay out of the dash? Please keep us informed as you progress.

The dash build was covered in the Oct 04 issue of HVWs. Really nice work. All metal finished.

Yes, Louis, the dash is completely metal finished both inside and out. We finished the backside of the dash, so there will be no signs of welds. Buddy Hale block-sanded the backside smooth, just like the front.

Side scoops are actually flush-mounted NACA ducts, that will be functional.

Color is Cal Trans Orange, which for those of you outside of California, this color is used on all the California Transit trucks, trailers, and yes, even the porta-Johns.

Ouch, I think my retinas have damage....cool color.  Looks like another spectacular Buddy Hale job.  I get constant complements on my Buddy Hale paint job on my '65, "How did he get it so smoooooooth..."

And when you are sick of driving it around when it's done, you can park it in any construction zone and stand around and eat donuts like the other Cal Trans workers.... Grin....and then maybe do some donuts....
